CAT GROOMING SERVICES

At Doggy Style to PURRfection cats have their own exclusive days/times at the salon. Upon arrival for your first visit a assessment will be done on your cat, from there we will go over the grooming options. Not all cats are candidates for all groom styles. Contrary to popular belief cats do not groom themselves they lick themselves which does nothing to eliminate and prevent mats, kill fleas, trim nails, clean out ears, wash away grease from the skin and coat, clean off dander or get rid of dandruff. All these things and more are procedures that be done by a professional groomer at Doggy Style to PURRfection using a variety of tools, equipment, products and procedures. There is no comparison between what a professional groomer can do and what a cat can do from licking it self from head to toe. Cats saliva contains Fel D1, a protein responsible for causing allergic reactions. Having your cat on a regular grooming schedule of every 4-6 weeks significantly cuts down allergies in the home.

First time kitten groom (3-6 months)

Kittens receive a bath & blow dry, Nails clipped, Gentle ear & eye cleaning with a full comb out. This allows us to build trust with your cat from its very first stages of development to ensure a positive grooming start to a life long journey of a happy healthy cat!

Teddy Bear Trim (comb cut)

All cats will receive a full bath and dry, Nails clipped, Gentle ear & eye cleaning, Full comb out. Followed by a cute soft teddy cut (comb cut) to your desired length done with s specialty machine following the same lines as a lion cut.

Lion Cut

All cats will receive a full bath & dry, Nails clipped, Gentle ear & eye cleaning. Followed by a lion cut. variations can include a full tail left, A shorter mane or no mane. Face trim depending on breed

Short & Long hair full groom and deshed

All cats receive a full bath & dry, Nails clipped, Gentle ear & eye cleaning, Full comb out and additional deshed services. Minimal dematting may be possible based on groomers discretion for an additional cost! Face trim depending on the breed.

The De-shed helps drastically reduce shedding when repeated every 4-6 weeks.
