Salon Hours- our operating hours are 9:00am-4:00pm Sunday through Thursday. *early morning appointments available upon request*
As the salon operates as a pet in pet out, one on one private grooming salon. Drop off & pick up of your pet at your designated time is of the utmost importance for everyone’s safety and experience. Drop offs later than 15 min will need to rescheduled. Pick ups later than 15 mins will result in a $20 late fee.
Fleas- If your pet is found to have fleas, they will be given an automatic flea bath. ($20 charge)
A salon sanitization fee of $25 will also be added to the cost of the groom.
Payment policy- Payment is due at the time service is rendered.
Payment can be made by cash or major credit cards. Sorry we do not accept cheques.
​Cancellation Policy- 48 hours cancellation prior to your appointment will result in no charge.
A courtesy text is sent out to all the day before your groom.
If appointment is cancelled between 48-24 hours of the appointment a $50 charge will apply.
Any no shows the day of your groom will result in the full price of your groom before another groom can be booked.
Cats- *all cats must be brought in their carrier*. Cats must be up to date on their vaccinations.
